About Me
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a student of Christian Science.

As a young kid I enjoyed listening to Bible stories in Sunday School. As a teenager I found myself spending more and more of my time studying the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. And I remember healings.

One healing in particular made a huge impression on me. I was 15 years old and one afternoon while on a hike in the mountains, I lost my footing on a patch of ice and suddenly found myself sliding down a thousand-foot chute. When I came to a stop, the picture didn’t look good. Not only was I stranded in the middle of nowhere, I was also suffering from a number of injuries, including broken bones and internal bleeding. My first instinct was to turn to God for help.

Long story short, thanks to the prayer that began on the side of that mountain, the prayers of my family, and the help I received from a Christian Science practitioner, I was rescued and ultimately experienced a complete recovery. Even better, though, was what I learned along the way about my inseparability from God's goodness.

Hopefully this story gives you at least some idea as to why Christian Science is so important to me, and why I’ve devoted myself to sharing its healing and saving message with others.
